Proposed Article 3 ~ The First Collectivist Principle
The implementation of these Regulations shall be
with full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of personsbased on the principles of equity, inclusivity, coherence and in accordance with their common but differentiated responsibilities of the States Parties, taking into consideration their social and economic development.

The Coalition of Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) have installed the 100 day mRNA platform technology and are poised to deliever some 15 billion jabs between now and 2026. BioPharma companies are clamourous for a slice of the cake, while countries like New Zealand participate as investors and funders, a fact denied by the New Zealand Ministry of Health but acknowledged by the PM and Cabinet Office.
Clover anticipates commercializing SCB-2019 (CpG 1018/Alum) to potentially reduce the global shortage of COVID-19 vaccines and capturing a significant market share of the approximately 15 billion COVID-19 vaccine doses required through 2026.
Personal rejection of an injection will be deemed a risk to the collective.
…the principles of equity, inclusivity, coherence
Know the implication of those neo-Marxist “principles.”
Equity refers to ‘equality of outcome’, ie. everyone (except those designated and the politically visible elite) will submit to being injected (and suffer the potentially dire consequences of being injected ~ no trivial risk of sickness and death. Alternatively, uninjected, they risk ostracisation and eventual cancellation). Inclusivity merely implies that those who submit are included in the limited, applauded ‘freedoms’ of belonging to the collective.
For “coherence,” read wide-spread compliance and ruthless consistency in the application of edicts and mandates.
The revealed truth here is an inversion of all the values that we have treasured and deemed sacred, values that embody the explicit acknowledgement and recognition of the sanctity, bodily sovereignty and the life of an individual.
It All Is Downhill From There
The potential journey downhill from the above, The First Collectivist Principle is nicely outlined and condoned by the New Zealand National Ethics Advisory Committee.
Within an icecold, starkly unethical carapace, they lay out the “Intervention Ladder:”
The euphemistically entitled “Intervention Ladder” should be more accurately termed, The Ladder Of Cercion.
It relies upon the following, which implies an aggressive, relentless and pervasive use of social conditioning, psy-ops and nudge techniques to achieve the desired compliance.
This is of course its achilles heel.
“The ability of governments to use all elements of the ladder rests on social licence or the population’s acceptance of the government’s governance. The ladder provides guidance for how cooperation can be informed, encouraged, and enabled in order to achieve the intervention objective voluntarily where possible, without the need for mandatory restrictions on individual rights.”
The New Zealand Ladder Of Coercion
The Ladder Of Coercion segues through conditioning, bribery, financial coercion, fines, societal exclusion, and culminates in the elimination of choice including the denial of access to medical treatment, to groceries and other essential activities.
Presumably then, ‘extinction’ becomes the implied State focussed probability. Inconvenient miscreants who do not comply with the collective are eventually excluded and then rendered ‘extinct’ from the collective.
By now it should be obvious to most that the congruence between WHO proposed edicts and the NZ national policies emplaced to ennact them grow daily tighter and closer.
WE SUBMIT TO THIS AT OUR PERIL.
Awareness and its dissemination is now as crucial as push-back.
Surely the time is upon New Zealand to exit the WHO and UN agendas? There is no rational reason to participate with supra-national entities focussed upon the usurpation of the values, will and sensibilities of the people. The New Zealand governement wages a tangible and ideological war against its own people, the concept of nation and the national identity. In times not so long past there was no conceivable way the people of this country would embrace any of this ideological fuelled, tyrannical and destructive nonsense. That the State media has been co-opted and wider media funded to impose conditioning and control information is in concordance with the policies of a ‘war’ waged against any information that is not in alignment with the risible singular source of truth.

Article 2 ~ Scope and purpose
The purpose and scope of these Regulations are to prevent, protect against, prepare, control and provide a public health response to the international spread of diseases including through health systems readiness and resilience in ways that are commensurate with and restricted to public health risk all risks with a potential to impact public health, and which avoid unnecessary interference with international traffic and trade, livelihoods, human rights, and equitable access to health products and health care technologies and know how.
Article 3 ~ Principles
The implementation of these Regulations shall be…

based on the principles of equity, inclusivity, coherence and in accordance with their common but differentiated responsibilities of the States Parties, taking into consideration their social and economic development. (…)
The States Parties shall develop and maintain capacities to implement the Regulations in accordance with their Common But Differentiate Responsibilities and Respective Capabilities (CBDR-RC), availability of international financial assistance and shared technological resources, and in this regard, primary preference shall be given to the establishment of functioning public health systems resilient to public health emergencies.
The implementation of these Regulations shall be guided by the goal of their universal application for the protection of all people of the world from the international spread of disease. When implementing these Regulations, Parties and WHO should exercise precaution, in particular when dealing with unknown pathogens.

The State Parties shall implement these Regulations on the basis of equity, solidarity as well as and in accordance with their common but differentiated responsibilities and respective level of development of the State Parties.
Exchange of information between State Parties or between State Parties and WHO pursuant to the implementation of these Regulations shall be exclusively for peaceful purposes.
