New Zealand is listed below among a line-up of countries described as ‘Investors and Partners’ on the web site of the Coalition of Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI).
Given this public acknowledgement of New Zealand in the role of partner and investor with CEPI, a glaring and undeclared conflict of interest exists, even more poignant as CEPI, while funding the development of the novel experimental injections, also funds the “vaccine” safety platform known as the Brighton Collaboration.
With its Safety Platform For Emergency Vaccines (SPEAC) The Brighton Collaboration and its exponents (NZ MOH et al.) apply an asymmetric scientific experimental rigor to usual, routine clinical practice twisted viciously by mandates.
The goal here in the application of the scientifically rigorous, many paged SPEAC protocol is to exclude the routine, usual practice of administration of multiple novel mRNA Pfizer injections in an uncontrolled public health experiment from the probability of exposing their causal association with a serious adverse event or death.
While seemingly “scientifically” justified by cruel and inhumane individuals, such a dichotomy of standard remains horribly and despicably unethical.
These individuals exclude the risk of a causal association by scrupulously and methodically identifying the presence of the tiniest slither of chance, bias or confounding in any given case of injury or death. In this paradoxical manner then, a routine clinical practice (actually a running ad hoc uncontrolled experiment) evades close scrutiny while claiming rigorous scrutiny.
Scientific rigor might well demand a greater than 95% level of certainty in an experiment. In routine clinical practice it becomes an almost impossible (and entirely irrational, unreasonable, and unethical) bar to meet as the complete absence of confounding would be almost impossible to fulfill. In other words, in a reported injury or death, under rigor, another potential cause would be readily identified serving to obscure or confound a clear and direct causal association.
Of course, as we have also witnessed, there is the option of silence and the absurdity of inexplicable ‘sudden adult death syndrome’.
In a less insane and far more ethical World, euphemistic ‘failures’ in clinical practice are subject to a more usual legal bar, one where a legal balance of evidence pivoting at a 50:50 probability is considered. A causal relationship between the (routine use) of a novel, experimental mRNA/LNP injection and a serious adverse event or death demands to be established on the balance of legal probability, not the nigh on impossible demand to disprove an alleged scientific improbability manufactured to eliminate the possibility of a causal relationship. This is abhorrent and callous in the extreme.
This is why in large part we witness so many people silently dying under excess all cause mortality, so many more than died during the alleged affliction, while media and BigGOV crickets reign supreme. And there is now also the awful bathos of the despicable apologists.
The tyranny adoring jab fetishists that peddled masks and lock-downs, anti-social distancing, school closures, and the jabbing of childen and pregnant women, who screeched anti-vaxx derision from their ethically desiccated pecksniffian pulpits, who participated with the orchestrated, promoted and unfettered psy-ops, all the deluded and deranged, they now whine for forgive and forget.
The only possible rational conclusion here is that the psy-ops remains in full swing.

Please explicitly state the commercial and legal contractual relationship defined by the words, 'Investors and Partners' that exists between the New Zealand government and The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) embracing but not limited to the domains of public health, medical policy and practice, scientific research, vaccine safety and ministerial obligations.
In addition, please state the dollar amounts donated, funded, paid or invested (hereby referred to as transactions) and dates of any past, current and future transactions made, and whether these transactions have been made as an 'investor' or 'partner'.
Please state the actual and perceived quantified returns from CEPI of this transactional relationship to the New Zealand government, whether pecuniary, medical, scientific, or in public health.
It is acknowledged by CEPI that it funds the Brighton Collaboration (BC) whose chief output are the Safety Platform for Emergency Vaccines (SPEAC).
Please describe why the NZ Government that endorses, promotes and provides novel mRNA injection under extraordinary measures has not declared the existence of several conflicts of interest in its transactional relationship with CEPI, given that CEPI have not only funded the development of novel mRNA injections (and by proxy, the New Zealand government) but also fund the Brighton Collaboration producing the Safety Platform for Emergency Vaccines (SPEAC)?

“The Ministry of Health (MOH) does not have a relationship with the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovation. Therefore, the above parts of your request are refused under section 18(g)(i) of the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) as the information requested is not held by the Ministry and there are no grounds for believing it is held by another agency subject to the Act.”
This response is spectacularly disingenuous and an exemplar of disinformation (aka. fake news), the very thing the NZ Government has declared that it is at War against.
What it suggests is that the NZ Goverment definition of ‘disinformation’ is really one in which it considers ‘dissent’, or the disagreement of ‘free speech’ as intolerable.
It actually hates such speech. It currently seeks to pass a ‘hate speech’ law /sarc.

The NZ Government relationship with CEPI is a continuing multi-million dollar relationship currently sitting at greater than $35M, which the NZ Ministry of Health would have almost certainly been aware.
But lies, as we can see, have short legs.

New Zealand government is committed to CEPI as an investor and partner.
The New Zealand Ministry of Health professes to be unaware of this relationship and indeed, that such a relationship existed anywhere across the government bureaucratic landscape.
There is no other simple way to put it.
The NZ MOH is a purveyor of disinformation whose utterances should be viewed with extreme caution and should garner the critical analysis of exhaustive due diligence.
