New Zealand 2022 National Security Public Survey
The main purpose of this long and relatively complex post is to highlight the ongoing attempt by a New Zealand political and intelligence elite to control public behaviour, discourse, debate and dissent by tightly controlling information, which also includes a manufactured misattribution used to conceal the underlying WEF ideology and agenda. Their policy aligns with what we are witnessing unfolding across other countries in the regressive, coercive failing State that is now the declining corporate gobalist West. The various documents are linked and they beg for closer scrutiny and awareness.
New Zealand 2022 National Security Public Survey
This survey was published in April 2022 and may be found on the website of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the self-described singular source of truth in New Zealand.
The use of the word ‘survey’ here is pure unadulterated theatre. It is a subtefuge to conceal a manufactured narrative whose authorship lies in the engine room of the WEF and whose officially denied destiny will become New Zealand Government policy irrespective of its political flavour, courtesy of the Intelligence Services …
~ but only if we permit it and submit to it.

The Davos Cult ~ Champagne Charlatans One And All
Endeavours of the Davos Cult, the WHO, and the WEF to strangle civilised discourse and considered dissent in favour of a crushing ideological narrative should never be permitted let alone considered. It is abundantly self-evident that it is a zero-sum game, an ever tightening noose around the neck of humanity, the strangling of liberty, prosperity, hope and happiness, and more, the imposition of a terrible atheistic, technocratic inhuman ideology blended with collectivist neo-Marxism and an idolatrous worship of technocracy and corporations.
The attempted restitution of indentured servitude once seen in the 19th Century company store with its company scrip is the regressive ideology favoured by this remote jet setting elite. It is promoted through a range of coercive premises, a veritable stable of Trojan horses and doctrines, Malthus, Ehrlich, Racism, Safeism, Healthism and Climatism to name a few.
Keep in mind that not only are these Champagne Charlatans entirely insulated from the ensuing afflictions of their devastating, economic and soul destroying policies, it is their sort that have been with us since the dawn of time. This is why millions upon millions of awakened people can now see them coming a mile off.
In the end, this will be their undoing.
“Consultation” ~ A Common Political Farce
This New Zealand ‘survey’ is a construct that furnishes the political stage prop of ‘consultation’, albeit in a limited and tightly controlled manner. The intention is to repeat it regularly to maintain the illusion.
For, to widely consult in a robust, randomised cross-sectional and representative manner would be to reveal the strategy. Furthermore, in this manner the strategy would be intolerably exposed to real political risk. Bought and paid for New Zealand media notwithstanding, the people of New Zealand would resoundingly reject the narrative, as indeed they should, and have most recently and explicitly done.

The New Zealand Free Speech Union has just announced a victory for free speech. It seems New Zealanders, unlike their politicians, have little stomach for authoritarian dictatorship.:
This morning Justice Minister Kiri Allan announced on Newshub Nation that each of the six proposals released last year to amend hate speech laws will be dropped, except for the inclusion of 'religious communities' under the speech restrictions of the Human Rights Act.
This is a victory for freedom of speech.
This win comes on the back of an 18-month fight by the Free Speech Union to mobilise against these laws. We gathered nearly 50,000 signatures in our Save Free Speech petition and helped generate 80% of the 20,000 submissions on the hate speech proposals. It was the most successful public consultation ever in New Zealand. While the Minister was reticent to admit it in her interview, it remains clear that hate speech laws don't work, and that Kiwis don't want, or need, their speech rights restricted.
And yet… quietly and in the background, the dictatorial assault and instigation of an agenda of absolute control continues apace without any mandate from the New Zealand people.
The ‘Survey’ And Its Purpose
The marketing intelligence company that conducted the ‘survey’ for the New Zealand PM was Ipsos.
Ipsos uses the tag-line, ‘Game Changers’. This is defined by them in the following way: [it]“summarises our ambition to help our 5,000 clients to navigate more easily our deeply changing world.”
Ipsos is the third largest market research company in the world and employs more than 18,000 people, “So that our clients [in this instance, PM Ardern, NZ Cabinet Office and NZ Intelligence Agencies] can act faster, smarter and bolder. Ultimately, success comes down to a simple truth: You act better when you are sure.”
Let’s keep in mind that being ‘sure’ is meaningless without context.
The ‘Survey’ Has Now Served Its Purpose …
… and has predictably led to the foundational draft New Zealand National Security Long-term Insights Briefing (October 2022) or using the fully soaped and absurd title that reeks of propaganda more strongly than the stench of silage,
“Let’s talk about our national security: National Security Long-term Insights Briefing. Engaging an increasingly diverse Aotearoa New Zealand on national security risks, challenges and opportunities.”
Proclaimed in the Foreword
Long-term Insights Briefings are a new way for government agencies, acting independently of their Ministers, to explore and report back on issues that matter for the future wellbeing of the people of New Zealand.
What could possibly go wrong?
It is important to appreciate the narrative is predicated on a variety of demonstrable falsities, one particularly egregious, namely a “terrorist” attack on a mosque in Christchurch. We need to keep in mind it was a well traveled lone gun man who was provided with a gun licence by the authorities who systemically, incompetently and dismally neglected to diligently exercise their duty of over-sight.
The Royal Commission of Inquiry into the terrorist attack on Christchurch masjidain recommended that government rethink the way we involve the communities we serve – to create a society where all New Zealanders feel safe and included.
The choice of words is invariably interesting. Remember Alinsky’s exhortation, ‘control the language, you control the people’. Whenever government agencies, politicians or bureaucrats invoke ‘safe’, they mean control; when they speak of ‘misinformation’ (and ‘disinformation’) they mean dissent; when they speak of ‘hate speech’, what is meant is that, ‘they hate free speech’, when they speak of ‘inclusion’ they mean only so long as you agree.
‘DRAFT – NOT GOVERNMENT POLICY’ ~ LMAO
The draft New Zealand National Security Long-term Insights Briefing document comes with the moniker, ‘DRAFT – NOT GOVERNMENT POLICY’, but as we now all know after PM Ardern’s UN speech regarding her personal fantasy, the information “War,” the use of the label ‘misinformation’ is very much a globalist puppet’s evolving policy du jour coming wrapped as it does in the mailed glove of the New Zeland Intelligence Services, highlighted by the Foreword written by Tony Lynch, Chair, [New Zealand] Security and Intelligence Board:
Work on this briefing has been led by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on behalf of the Security and Intelligence Board.
The Foreward announces what the findings will be, appearing as it does the embodiment of propagandised inversion and disinformation:
As we continue to experience the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the accelerating rate of climate change and the rapid spread of mis- and dis- information, our collective understanding of national security threats and our ability to respond is constantly being tested.
The use of the royal, ‘we’ and ‘our’ is laughable, while the only ‘testing’ taking place is the complicit informational acrobatics used to conceal the lies used to protect the fragile incoherent narrative. With an eye on the future, the aim is the installation of thoroughly structured means to maintain the incoherence and control.
What springs to mind? The inimitable words of well known tyranny.
“The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State."
The real test lies in the ability of the corporate globalist technofascist atheistic elite to galvanize threat perception in order to justify the necessary imposition of absolute control and their micro-management of the populous. It is nothing less than abject tyranny and it does not bode well for anyone, but most especially the elites who now appear locked into their own irreversible hell, in the terminal throes of control obsession, arguing as they do that more the better.
Front and Centre, The New Zealand Security And Intelligence Board
Penned by Tony Lynch, the Chair of the New Zealand Security and Intelligence Board in his Foreword to New Zealand National Security Long-term Insights Briefing (October 2022) is the following chilling and incredibly revealing paragraph:
For example, recent analysis by Microsoft reports that New Zealanders were subject to a spike in exposure to Russian disinformation or propaganda online after December 2021, much of this related to COVID-19. This spike preceded an increase in protests against COVID-19 measures and other issues in New Zealand. Microsoft (June 2022). Defending Ukraine: Early Lessons from the Cyber War.
Unbelievably, Lynch cites corporate globalist technocrat Brad Smith, the President and Vice Chair of Microsoft, who wrote the following in his own Foreword to the Microsoft document, Defending Ukraine: Early Lessons from the Cyber War.
Smith writes:
These ongoing Russian operations build on recent sophisticated efforts to spread false COVID-19 narratives in multiple Western countries. These included state-sponsored cyber influence operations in 2021 that sought to discourage vaccine adoption through English-language internet reports while simultaneously encouraging vaccine usage through Russian-language sites. During the last six months, similar Russian cyber influence operations sought to help inflame public opposition to COVID-19 policies in New Zealand and Canada
The unarguable rejection of the Pfizer/NewZealand government narrative by a broad host of scientists, lawyers, religious, doctors, and members of the public not only in New Zealand but throughout the World, constituted an outright rejection of tyranny and the unethical, unscientific, uncivilised imposition of injection mandates, and public health measures based on the coerced imposition of a novel, experimental synthetic mRNA injection coupled to outrageous and terribly damaging social and economic policies.
Defying any sense of rationality, this rejection is now being officially attributed to Russian propaganda (pp19) in New Zealand and Canada and now also forms a foundational basis and raison d’être for PM Ardern and her Intelligence Services to move against dissent, under the guise of managing ‘misinformation’.
Insanity doesn’t begin to describe what is taking place.
The narrative simply cannot become more inverted, twisted and machiavellian, most particularly in the light of the incontrovertible evidence and data we now have regarding the unpredictably fatal and sickening, unsafe and ineffective experimental, test-lite, synthetic polynucleotide injections and their lipid nanoparticled envelope.
Some Additional And Important Observations
One needs to keep in mind some salient and important facts regarding the justifying foundational ‘survey’ used to propel the New Zealand National Security Long-term Insights Briefing (October 2022).
The ‘survey’ was conducted online with a small, contrived sample (respondents recruited from Ipsos & Ipsos partner panels) of the New Zealand population (see the survey appendix, ‘panel details’). The ‘survey’ was self-completed between 11 February–02 March 2022 (nb. it is formerly stated that: Fieldwork overlapped with the Russian invasion of Ukraine and Parliament Protest Activity). The sample size was a tiny and select 1,148 individuals, which is far too small to be asserted as nationally representative. The survey was therefore underpowered.
Using the Survey Monkey heuristic for a target population of 4.212M (in NZ, 64% are between 15 - 64 yrs, 17% are > 65 yrs; total NZ population ~ 5.2M), the stated sample size required for a 5% margin of error is 384 people. Given an on-line response rate of 10%, meaning 38 people respond out of 384, one would need to survey around 4000 people to develop a theoretically representative sample. A select 1,148 individuals is merely enablement, providing PM Ardern with her hand wringing virtue signalling justification of ‘consultation’.
The composition of the ‘survey’ showed 47% of respondents were in the Auckland or Wellington regions, constituting half the ‘survey’ number. Yet, the rural / urban split is accurately known to be 13% / 87%.
The ‘survey’ also carefully omits the concurrent and monstrously heavy-handed, overwhelming thuggery of State sanctioned media control, psy-ops and Pfizer injection mandates taking place at the same time. The ‘vaxx’ status of respondents was not a listed category among the sample demographic information, neither was the employment status, a large number of mandated individuals no longer able to work.
Approximately 1M people (20% of the population) wisely declined ANY injections in New Zealand.
They would surely have made an excellent control group in the survey!
“Context” ~ Just More Thinly Disguised Propaganda
‘The Survey Context - What Was Making The News During Fieldwork?’ is particularly obvious. An alleged cherry-picked range of headlines, all curiously unattributed and undated was used to bolster the ever absurd and fragile narrative. It includes the obvious under ‘coronavirus’: ‘Experts warn misinformation will have ‘long term impact’ on social cohesion in New Zealand’. Just keep in mind the New Zealand government bought and paid for the media, which is now the tacitly acknowledged propaganda arm of the Ardern government.
New Zealand PM Ardern Reveals Her Private Fantasy
Let’s not forget that PM Ardern let the proverbial cat out of the bag at the UN and was roundly and loudly criticised across the World. I’ll wager that speech writer was later found flipping burgers or writing ad copy.
“The weapons of war have changed, they are upon us and require the same level of action and activity that we put into the weapons of old.”
“But while I cannot tell you today what the answer is to this challenge, I can say with complete certainty that we cannot ignore it. To do so poses an equal threat to the norms we all value.”
False equivalence and strawman argument blended to a pecksniffian pulpit; set piece stage props for WEF groomed politicians and the Davos Cult elite, whose declining success is ensured by a spinelessly compliant Fourth Estate and the resultant inattention afforded by a large and growing proportion of the populous of New Zealand uninterested in anything any of them have to say.
The omnipresent danger though is, through inattention, missing the background machinations.
But Then Here Comes PM Ardern’s Big Lie
“She argued that COVID-19 “schooled” humanity on the importance of “collective action,” because it forced people “to acknowledge how interconnected, and therefore how reliant we are on one another.”
‘COVID’ or whatever that affliction was, accomplished nothing of the sort.
Instead it was solely and undeniably the over-reaching policies and miserable actions of governments and politicians, of unelected and unelectable supranational entities and corporations that led to the current engineered crisis presently besetting us all. The theft of liberty, prosperity and happiness did not take place quietly in the dark of night. It was a brazen, blatant and visible wrecking ball taken to every dimension of the usual social order and means of production. It continues now.
The wrecking ball explicitly relied on a bought and paid for media, together with relentless psy-op ‘nudges’ while delegitimising any and all opposition. It is to this latter point the WEF groomed New Zealand PM brings her ideological focus, extra-governmental bureaucratic ‘services’, surveillance instruments and material ambition.
The manifest attempt to install as de rigueur, all the thuggery of censorship, deplatforming, shadow-banning, de-monetising, isolating, demonising, and cancellation under the aegis of ‘misinformation’, in the guise of protecting the populous against ‘threats’, many of which are imaginary and manufactured, in order to implement an ideology and its policies, and to inhibit or eliminate dissent.
Chillingly, for all New Zealanders’ it also reveals the evolving and growing role of the Intelligence Services. It is already established elsewhere that these shadowy, largely unaccountable State entities are granted back door manipulation of social media platforms by BigTech companies, the control of social media content and the carefully managed and slow-dripped release of novel information to pre-empt the ‘shock and awe’ impact of an exposé or whistle-blower.
The “Findings” of the ‘Survey’
Misinformation was artfully placed in the ‘high threat’ category, and simultaneously adroitly located in the category of ‘low confidence’ in the ability of the Government to deal with the threat. This serves to furnish WEF aligned PM Ardern and her agency actors with a manufactured justification to undertake action in vigorously pursuing the ‘rectification’ of the government agencies ‘shortfall’ in ability to manage alleged ‘misinformation’.
The hierarchy of results below predictably follows script and places ‘misinformation’ at the top of the list. I consider that we may disregard ‘natural disaster’ as the top ranking threat. A natural disaster is undoubtedly a genuine threat in these Shakey Isles but one bereft of intent and manipulation, and therefore abstract. It becomes a fact of life rather than an acting threat imbued with malignant overtones.
Keeping in mind the error rate of this ‘survey is +/- 3.5 percentage points, it would seem then that there is essentially little difference in the ‘feeling of a real threat’ in the top 4 - 5 items. Nonetheless, ‘misinformation’ gets a top billing. Bear in mind the cognitive dissonance displayed when contrasting a low threat rating accorded to personal safety and security of self and violation of family, compared against, ‘terrorist’ attack, violent extremism; or the contrast between the low threat rating associated with ‘other countries interfering in NZ affairs’ while according ‘misinformation’ the top ranking.
Post Script
New Zealand Free Speech Union writes:
Whether Ardern intends it or not, her rhetoric on free speech and mis-/dis-information is advocacy for the might of the state. She is calling for Government to expand its powers to empower thought and speech control. While I doubt that it is her intention to imbue herself with the power of a dictator, these ideas are authoritarian. The Ardern Government would do well to remember that the power of persuasion through compelling argument and community engagement is much more likely to ensure long term support for an idea than wielding the hammer of the state and the justice system.
The WEF / WHO / GOV narrative is so desperately fragile and brittle it is of necessity welded to the nefarious ploys described here simply to exist. While it dehumanises and culls, divides and excludes, surveilles and tracks, shatters culture, customs, traditions and ethics, lies and deceives, its race to break the finishing tape and achieve complete control becomes ever less certain as its modus operandi and ambitions become widely recognised and rejected.
For in doing all of this, as we have seen, it lays open its own repellent and inhuman underbelly and shows to all the dystopian nightmare within. It is thus the author of its own inevitable demise.
What becomes undoubtedly clear is that the New Zealand PM and the Intelligence agencies have betrayed themselves in these documents as the leading harbingers and orchestrators of mis, dis, and mal information.
