I have fair confidence in the "process" (the being seen to be done, bit) but none whatsoever in any meaningful "product."
There is no conceivable possibility whatsoever that anything will be done that properly interrogates 2020 and beyond, or ever holds the perpetrators and instigators to account.

Trying to write my submission, picked out particular examples of the illogical thinking that I experienced - given it was all unethical what then happens? Does this report just sit on a shelf?
I had that same discussion with someone else today. No obvious answer. As I mention in my submission I don't believe any intention exists (or can be permitted to exist) of any narrative that exposes what took place. I may be wrong but there it is. The obvious lies and inconsistencies remain unaddressed as do the actions of all Boards and Councils of the HPCA.
So, I wrote my submission as a testament and witness to the rank atrocity that has occurred and (judging from NZMC, MOH and WHO) is being installed to run again.
Only this time, my fervent prayer is that the many miscreants (political, bureaucratic, corporate, business, institutional, medical, nursing, and health) come to experience the hard and sharp end of dwindling submission to governance and the reality of evaporating social license.
It may be the most evil of tyrannies if NZGOV holds its hands up saying that it is acting on the orders of the unelected/unelectable WHO, while it bends to ruthlessly subjugate with deadly and unethical intent the people of New Zealand. The country was a hairs breadth away from unutterable tyranny:
